Tours Scheduling System is a user-friendly end-to-end solution for scheduling and approving tours to your facility. The Evite like functionality allows potential tourist to request tours and assign additional tour leaders to manage the tour. The system allows Tour leaders to easily select from available dates and time slots. Tour leaders can provide group member’s personal information or can allow system to collect it from group members by providing their emails. Once the information is collected, the system can integrate with third-party background checkers or internal vetting process to keep the facility safe from individuals with unfavorable backgrounds. Upon arrival at the facility, the tour members will go through a check-in process and will be issued a badge (stickers, prox cards, QR Code). Tour Scheduling System allow tour members to check in with their smart cards (PIV) to expediated provisioning. regarding the where tour leader can request a tour, real time scheduling of available tour date and time, provide personally identifiable (PII) and other information, leader can check the status of other participants.
Our Visitor Scheduling System is a complete suite of components that provides a secure and friendly solution to invite and process visitors to your facility. Visitors are invited to the facility by the tenants (sponsors) by using a web portal or visitor can securely provide their information using walk-in kiosk at the lobby. Visitor Scheduling System provides officers at the facility to vet visitor information before approving visit or can automatically check visitor’s information against a third-party background checker. Upon approval, visitors are checked-in at the lobby and are issued a visitor badge (smart card, print card, QR Code). Visitors can also check-out to confirm their departure from the facility.
