Tour Scheduling System.

Tours Scheduling System is a user-friendly end-to-end solution for scheduling and approving tours to your facility. The Evite like functionality allows potential tourist to request tours and assign additional tour leaders to manage the tour. The system allows Tour leaders to easily select from available dates and time slots. Tour leaders can provide group member’s personal information or can allow system to collect it from group members by providing their emails. Once the information is collected, the system can integrate with third-party background checkers or internal vetting process to keep the facility safe from individuals with unfavorable backgrounds. Upon arrival at the facility, the tour members will go through a check-in process and will be issued a badge (stickers, prox cards, QR Code). Tour Scheduling System allow tour members to check in with their smart cards (PIV) to expediated provisioning. regarding the where tour leader can request a tour, real time scheduling of available tour date and time, provide personally identifiable (PII) and other information, leader can check the status of other participants.

      Individuals and groups interested in tour can book a new tour or check status on the approval of existing tour.

    • Email Invite

      Email with link to register is sent to the Group Leader.

    • Select Tour Date Time


      User's can select available date times for the tour. User's can see all available times for the tour on a specific date time.

    • Create Group Leader Account


      Create group leader account to add other members of the tour. Group leader can login at any time to monitor tour approval process.

    • Approver Page


      Approver's can log into the system to approve or reject tour groups or individuals. Approver's can also assign tour groups and individuals for review.

    PIV/CAC Check-in

    PIV/CAC based check-in module works with Tour Scheduling and Visitor Scheduling system. This module reads PIV/CAC card and assign it with the individual for tracking, auditing, and reporting.

    • Check-in


      Our PIV/CAC card based Check-in application is a desktop application. This application authenticates users by doing pin validation of PIV/CAC card.

    • Authenticate Smart Card and take picture


      Once a person is selected then our system authenticates him/her using PIV/CAC Card and then a picture is taken.
